Building a reliable, durable fishing light goes beyond simply making it light up. In production, we focus on LEDs, light body sealing, power systems, and pre-shipment testing — doing each step properly.
LED Assembly
We select the appropriate LED chips for each model, focusing on brightness, power output, and heat dissipation to ensure stable performance during extended use.
Light Body Assembly
Completing the structural assembly of the light body, including heat dissipation component installation, LED module mounting, cable connections, and housing fitting.
Power-On & Burn-In Testing
After assembly, each unit is powered on to verify normal illumination and function. Select models undergo extended burn-in testing to observe driver stability and heat dissipation performance.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Finished products are not packed and shipped immediately. We conduct illumination tests, waterproof checks, visual inspections, and packaging verification to minimize issues upon delivery.
