Customer Cases
The cases below come from actual cooperation with different customers. To protect customer privacy, names, specific companies, and certain details have been simplified or omitted. You can see how we handle each order step by step — from initial discussion and confirmation through production, inspection, and shipment.
Different customers. Different approaches.
From bulk orders for commercial fishing, to packaging customization for brand customers, to a distributor's first trial shipment — the priorities differ, but in every case the details need to be confirmed clearly across communication, production, and shipment.
Case 01
Case Study: Commercial Fishing Customer from North Africa
This customer is based in North Africa and uses the lights for commercial fishing operations. Their main concerns were the product's operating environment and delivery timeline.
Before production, we had several days of close communication with the customer. We confirmed the product model and quantity, and reviewed the use scenario, power supply method, cable requirements, packaging method, and expected delivery date. For commercial fishing customers like this one, the lights need to be durable and reliable because small errors can directly affect operations.
Once requirements were confirmed, production began. We first checked the relevant materials, then moved into assembly and production. During production, the sales team monitored progress continuously and kept the customer informed at key milestones. After completion, every unit went through a power-on test, waterproof check, visual inspection, and accessory verification. Once confirmed, packaging and shipment were arranged.

Case 02
Case Study: Brand Customization Customer
This customer in Japan already had their own sales brand. They weren't just purchasing finished products — they also needed packaging, labels, and some accompanying materials to fit their market. For customers like this, a product that works is just the baseline. Outer packaging, label information, accessory list, and pre-shipment verification are equally important.
For this order, we first confirmed the product configuration with the customer, then went through packaging method, label content, outer carton information, and included materials step by step. Before packaging, we checked again that products, accessories, and labels all matched — to minimize rework caused by packaging or information errors.

Case 03
Case Study: South America Distributor
This customer is a distributor selling fishing tackle and marine supplies locally. When we first spoke, they hadn't decided to order in bulk — they wanted to bring in a batch of products first to test the market.
So rather than pushing every product at once, we started by understanding their sales channel, target customers, and expected retail price range, then helped them narrow down the selection.
After confirming the order, we focused on verifying the product mix, accessories, packaging, and basic materials. Before shipment, we also re-confirmed the quantity and packaging status of each model so the customer wouldn't need to spend time reorganizing after receiving the goods. The point of this kind of trial order isn't to sell a large quantity at once — it's to help the customer begin testing the market with manageable cost and risk.
